Effective
What this site collects
Only what you send in a form. The quote form asks for your name, a phone number or email, the services you're interested in, and anything you want to tell me. The phone-bill audit form asks for your business name, your name, a phone number or email, your monthly bill range, and anything else you add.
Nothing else is collected. There are no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking scripts, and every font and image is served from this site rather than a third party. No other company collects information about what you do on this site.
While you fill in a form, what you type is saved in your own browser so a reload or a closed tab doesn't lose it. It stays on your device and is cleared once you send the form. If it sits untouched for 30 days, it is discarded the next time you open that form instead of being filled back in.
Like any web server, this one keeps a log of requests: the IP address, the browser, the page asked for, the page that linked to it, and the time. If the site's firewall blocks a request as an attack, the log also keeps the part it matched, which on a form can be some of what was typed. The log is kept for up to 15 days, to keep the site secure and working.
How it's used
To reply to you about what you asked, and to sort out spam: the email address you give and the IP address you send from are checked, on this server, against public lists of known spam senders, and a match only marks the notification I get and is noted in the server's log. Nothing else. It is never sold or rented, never shared for marketing, and never added to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
What you send is stored on Vigario Technology Solutions' own server. A notification of what you sent is emailed to me so I can reply, so it also passes through the email providers that deliver, forward and hold my mail. No one else receives it.
How long it's kept
Submissions are deleted automatically after 24 months, and backups of the database roll off on their own schedule after that. A copy of each notification stays in my email until I delete it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting what you sent
Email admin@vigario.tech and I'll tell you what I have, correct it, or delete it, whichever you ask for. Deleting what you sent removes it from the database, and it leaves the backups as they roll off.
Do Not Track
This site doesn't track visitors across other sites or over time, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off. Every visitor is treated the same way, whether or not their browser sends one.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and anything that changes what is collected or how it's used will be described here.
