How we work
We start with the work, not the screens: who does what, where the data comes from, and what keeps going wrong. Often the answer is smaller than expected — a form that replaces a spreadsheet, or a report nobody has to put together by hand.
What we ship is tested, versioned and documented, and it keeps running after launch because the people who wrote it are the people who look after it. Your data stays in a database you own, in a format any developer could pick up.
