How we work
A backup nobody has checked is a hope, not a backup. Every one we take is checksummed and verified before it leaves the building, the off-site copy lives on hardware we run, and we get an alert when one fails to arrive — so nobody learns a backup is missing on the day it's needed.
The same goes for the rest of it. We set up remote management on every machine, keep everything patched, and write down what's where. When you call, you reach someone who already knows your setup, not a ticket queue.
